These policies summarize the standard Eazi Party rental process. Your confirmed quote and signed rental agreement will contain the final event-specific terms.

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve inventory. Eazi Party first confirms the requested date, attraction availability, delivery location, site access, surface, space, power needs, and setup requirements.
A reservation is secured only after Eazi Party confirms the request, provides the applicable agreement, and receives the required $100 nonrefundable deposit.
Standard bounce houses and combo attractions start at $65 per hour with a four-hour minimum. Water slides are $85 per hour with a four-hour minimum. Final pricing depends on the selected attraction and approved event plan.
A generator may be added to standard hourly events for a $75 flat fee when available. Generator service is not included with the Weekend Pass.
Standard delivery is available within 25 miles of Merrillville, Indiana. The customer must provide an accurate event address and disclose gates, stairs, narrow passages, restricted delivery times, parking limitations, long equipment carries, or other access conditions before confirmation.
Delivery outside the standard area or unusually difficult access may be declined or quoted separately.
The setup area must be level, clear, accessible, and free of debris, pet waste, branches, underground hazards, irrigation components, and other conditions that could damage equipment or create a safety risk. Grass is preferred. Concrete, pavement, indoor placement, or other surfaces require advance approval and an appropriate anchoring plan.
The customer must provide safe electrical service within the approved distance and, for water attractions, a working water connection and hose that can reach the setup area. Power and water must remain available for the required operating period.
Only the Eazi Party team may determine final placement and install, anchor, move, deflate, or remove the equipment unless written instructions say otherwise. The customer or an authorized adult must be available at the agreed delivery and pickup times and must ensure the site remains accessible.
Equipment may not be relocated, disconnected, altered, or used at a different address without written approval.
A responsible adult must continuously supervise the attraction whenever it is in use. Customers and guests must follow all posted rules, manufacturer instructions, capacity limits, height or weight restrictions, and directions provided during setup.
Shoes, food, drinks, gum, sharp objects, smoking, pets, rough play, flips, climbing on exterior walls, and use by anyone impaired or unable to participate safely are prohibited. Riders should be grouped by compatible size and ability.
Inflatables must not be operated during unsafe weather, including excessive wind, lightning, severe rain, flooding, or other conditions that affect anchoring, electrical safety, or stable operation. Manufacturer wind limits and Eazi Party instructions always control.
The supervising adult must stop use immediately when conditions become unsafe and follow the shutdown or deflation instructions provided. Weather-related cancellation, rescheduling, or credit terms will be stated in the event-specific agreement before payment is accepted.
Normal wear is expected. The customer may be responsible for avoidable damage, excessive cleaning, loss, theft, unauthorized relocation, misuse, tampering, or failure to follow operating and security instructions while equipment is in the customer’s care.
Do not apply tape, paint, silly string, confetti, glitter, face paint, markers, adhesive decorations, or chemicals to the equipment. Report damage, power failure, instability, unauthorized access, or other concerns to Eazi Party immediately.
The $100 reservation deposit is nonrefundable. Event-date changes, attraction substitutions, weather accommodations, cancellation deadlines, remaining-balance timing, and any approved credits will be described in the quote and rental agreement presented before the reservation is finalized.
Requested changes are subject to availability and are not effective until confirmed by Eazi Party in writing.
The Weekend Pass involves overnight and extended customer custody. A separate Weekend Pass agreement will govern security, overnight storage, access control, weather response, prohibited relocation, inspections, damage, loss, theft, and return condition.
The standard generator add-on is not available for the Weekend Pass. Do not assume the standard hourly-rental terms are the complete terms for an extended rental.
Churches, schools, nonprofits, municipalities, venues, and other organizations should disclose insurance, documentation, scheduling, supervision, power, access, surface, and placement requirements with the inquiry. Eazi Party will confirm what can be accommodated before accepting the deposit.
